Hunza Eats is a Pakistan-based seller of premium dried fruits, nuts, and natural food products sourced directly from the Hunza Valley and surrounding mountain regions. We operate through our website at hunzaeats.com and via WhatsApp at +92 319 6007247. Our registered correspondence address is Islamabad, Pakistan.

2 Products

Product descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, weight, origin, and storage instructions. Product images are representative; natural variations in colour, shape, and texture may exist between batches due to the artisanal and seasonal nature of our produce.

Natural food products

All Hunza Eats products are natural food items. Dried fruits and nuts may contain or have been processed in facilities that handle tree nuts, sesame, or other common allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you via WhatsApp to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you confirm your purchase. We are not obliged to honour pricing errors.

3 Ordering

How to order

Orders are placed through our website by adding items to your cart and submitting your details via the order form. Your order is then sent directly to our WhatsApp for confirmation. An order is not confirmed until you receive an acknowledgement from us via WhatsApp or email.

Order confirmation

After submitting your order, we will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours (business days) to confirm availability, total price including delivery charges, and expected delivery timeline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where incorrect pricing has been displayed.

Order modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.

4 Payment

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select cities (confirm with us at the time of ordering)
• Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash — advance payment before dispatch
• Other methods — as mutually agreed via WhatsApp

Advance payment

For orders outside our COD coverage area, full advance payment is required before dispatch. We will confirm the payment details via WhatsApp. Orders are dispatched only after payment is verified.

Pricing errors

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

5 Delivery

Delivery areas

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery to remote or FATA areas may have longer timelines or restricted availability. Please confirm delivery coverage for your location before placing an order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary by location and order weight. The exact delivery charge will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp before your order is finalised. Free or discounted delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value — check our website for current promotions.

Delivery timelines

• Major cities (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi): 1–3 business days
• Other cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–14 business days (subject to courier availability)

Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp if a significant delay arises.

Islamabad local pickup

Free same-day or next-day local pickup is available in Islamabad. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a convenient location and time.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient was unavailable or provided an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply. Hunza Eats is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6 Returns and Refunds

Our quality guarantee

We take pride in the quality of every product we ship. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, we will offer a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

How to raise a concern

Please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 319 6007247 or email thehunzaeats@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order reference and photographs of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day.

Limitations on returns

As our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. We do not accept returns of products that have been stored improperly by the customer or that have exceeded their natural shelf life after delivery.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash, as mutually agreed.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an unconfirmed or unshipped order by contacting us on WhatsApp. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Advance payments for cancelled orders (where the order has not yet been shipped) will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

7 Use of Our Website

Permitted use

You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this website without our written permission
• Use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or server infrastructure
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or disruptive data

• Hunza Eats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10 Health & Food Safety

Our products are natural food items intended for general consumption by healthy adults. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, consult a healthcare professional before consuming any new food product.

Store all products as directed on the packaging. Hunza Eats is not responsible for illness or adverse reactions arising from improper storage or consumption after the stated best-before date.

11 Privacy

Your use of our website and the handling of your personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated here by reference.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our website or placing of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
