1. Payment Terms

• A 25% non-refundable advance is required before any development work begins.
• The remaining 75% is due upon project completion, before the final website is handed over or made live.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Remitly, Cryptocurrency (BTC / ETH / USDT), and Binance Pay.
• All prices are in USD. Any transfer fees are borne by the client.

2. What T-Tech Delivers

• T-Tech is fully responsible for the technical development of your website as per the agreed plan.
• Standard plans cover development only. If you want T-Tech to also handle design, content writing, or copywriting, a separate custom price will be quoted per plan.
• Full-package pricing (development + design + all content) is available, contact us to discuss your requirements.

3. Domain

• T-Tech can provide a free subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.t-tech.online) at no cost.
• If you want a custom domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com), you must purchase and manage it yourself.
• Domain renewal and DNS management are the client's sole responsibility.

4. Hosting

• Web hosting is entirely the client's responsibility cost, setup, and ongoing management.
• T-Tech can advise on hosting options but will not pay for, manage, or be held liable for any hosting service.
• Downtime or issues caused by the hosting provider are outside T-Tech's scope.

5. Content & Material

• If you choose to provide your own content (text, images, logos, product info), you are responsible for delivering it on time.
• Delays in content delivery will extend the project timeline, T-Tech is not liable for such delays.
• T-Tech can handle all content creation for an additional fee agreed before project start.

6. Design & Revisions

• T-Tech handles all design work, based on the brief and brand preferences you share at inquiry.
• Up to 2 rounds of design revisions are included at no extra charge.
• Additional revision rounds will be quoted and billed separately.

7. Scope of Work

• Only features described and agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp or email) are included in the quoted price.
• Additional features or pages requested after project commencement will be scoped and billed separately.

8. Timeline

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith, not legally binding guarantees.
• Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from the client do not constitute a breach by T-Tech.

9. Post-Delivery Support

• Minor text or image corrections are free for 14 days after delivery.
• Structural or functional changes after delivery will be quoted separately.

10. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website, design, and custom code.
• T-Tech may showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project start.

11. Refund Policy

• The 25% advance is non-refundable once development has commenced.
• If T-Tech fails to deliver the agreed scope without valid cause, the advance may be partially or fully refunded at T-Tech's discretion.

12. Confidentiality

• T-Tech keeps all client business information strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party.

13. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
